Issue: When I log in to GSuite I can’t see any work for my child.
Solution: Make sure you are not logged in with your own personal Google account. Tap the round icon on the top-right of the page and Sign Out or Switch Accounts. You should then be able to log on with your child’s school username and password.

Issue: Where can I find my child’s individual MyMaths login?
Solution: Only certain year groups are using individual logins for MyMaths at the moment. However, there is a wealth of maths learning available through the shared Hacton MyMaths logon. You can find the username and password in the Online Learning Resources document in GSuite > Shared Drives > All Pupils.
